I asked the young lady at the register if she could make sure my order was hot as I was reordering another double because I was still hungry. The manager APRIL told me all the burgers come out hot, my first one was cold not even approaching warm! So I get my next double and the manager didn’t make an attempt to even be sure the cheese or burgers were hot! I complained again and APRIL made a bunch of explanations about how she pulled them off a hot grill! During the exchange she was all bitchy! The sandwich was just cold and if I wasn’t so hungry I would have not eaten it anyways and got my money back. Bottom line this store has a ton of serious repeat food violations that have been given to them by the city food inspectors! I’m not surprised because APRIL doesn’t care about her customers nor does she care about the food handling in this store and should be dismissed!
