    Disinfection agents and other chemicals are not properly stored. The chemicals are being stored outside and the tops of the chemicals were wet this can lead to chemical explosions if water gets into the chemicals.
    Corrective action: Disinfection agents or other chemicals and feed equipment shall be stored away from pool and spa users, off the floor in a dry, above ground level room and protected against flooding or wetting from floor, walls, and ceiling. Chlorine compounds shall not be stored in the same area as petroleum products.

    Serious health violations were identified during today's health inspection. You must close your pool immediately to the public until appropriate corrective actions are completed. The cyanuric acid is to high, lights are not working and the gates are not self closing and latching.
    Corrective action: Before the facility named in this report can reopen for swimming pool/spa operations to the public, the owner/operator must take immediate corrective action to correct identified hazards and request a re-inspection by a Code Compliance Consumer Health Specialist. A fee of $125.00 will be required before any re-inspection may be conducted. Payment shall be made at 818Missouri Avenue, Room 154, Fort Worth, TX 76104 or by phone at 817-392-7255. Each re-inspection will require the fee be paid prior to the Consumer Health Specialists return. The closed pool/spa must meet minimum standards before it can be re-opened.
