Ordered two slices of pizza which were slightly warm at start of eating. Wife and I each cut our portions in half. By the time we finished our first portion the remaining portions were cool. Returned them to the sale counter where three workers were standing behind counter. Requested the two slices be reheated. One of the men said it was not possible that is the way they come out of the oven. No positive response only that it was not their fault. I consequently left the plate of cool pizza on the counter and walked away. Never had been treated this way at COSTCO. Wife & I live at Trinity Courtyard, Senior Living Community. The above account will be mentioned to other residents for their informed information.
