The normal way is go to the top of the page. Click on "My Settings"

Follow the left side of the page, go all the way down to "Subscribed Forums"

Click on "Subscribed Forums"

So much happier with the list of subscribed forum nows. Lifted my spirits 100%. Highly recommend this if any forum aggravates you.

I use the Control Panel to see all my subscribed forums as well as subscribed threads with new posts. Under each forum name is a link to unsubscribe.
