Hi,

Moving shortly to Tuscaloosa and I'm thinking of renting a home in Druid Hills. Does anyone know the area and is it safe? The house is beautiful and cheap...just wondering. Nick

Druid Hills is an older neighborhood that is in a relatively safe part of town. It is pretty close to an undesirable section of town called Alberta City though. If you like the house and price, then go for it - there are better parts of town however.

Thanks very much for the info. That property fell through, I am now moving into Woodland Hills, do you know anything about that neighborhood.
