In Hawaii I believe if you can and also Alsaka don't give up the property on the mainland until you know for sure.Like a couple of years.

Hey you ARE reading my blog! Cool! I only have 9 people officially "following" but I get emails from people I know who tell me they like it, and every once in a while I get someone signing up or commenting that I don't know. Again........cool.
We're takin' the freakin' house down in TN off the market and renting it out. I gotta get this guy up here - separation is getting old, and to be honest, two grizzled cynical people who have been kicked around a bit somehow found each other and it's very very good when we're together. Too freakin painful when we're not. Still shooting for the end of March.
And yes.......I hope the guy ends up loving this place as much as I do.
