Add Portugal and Holland to that a little. Central and Eastern Europe did not have advanced navies, so yes no colonial empires.
And today, outside of Europe only British, French, and Spanish companies have major neocolonial presences. Eastern European nations don't have Fortune 500 companies. Germany, is the biggest economy in Europe, but no one speaks German outside of Central Europe.
As for modern Africa, the most common official languages are French and English. Three African countries have Portuguese for an official language, and two have Spanish.
As for white Americans they have no problem going to Europe when they want to, and you have many white American expatriates in Europe, as well as many Americans who get dual citizenship.
It's easier for well off Americans with high levels of education to get legal status in Europe, far easier than iti is for people from poor countries (who will eventually get legal status and citizenship, it just takes them far longer).

Europeans have low birth rates, so they import a lot of Africans, Arabs, and Pakistanis to do the work. All Western European nations have large Muslim population as a result, and Europe is browning. There's a lot of intermarriage too.

I swear I think , besides abhoring blackness and those that have decided in Latin America to reclaim it, some of these posters show their true ignorance when trying to claim that blacks...mainly american blacks or concious blacks are trying to claim Latin America as some black nation. Before you even attempt to educate them they need to acknowledge the diaspora and the mark it has left in Latin America. I live in Spain, so I know Europe pretty well.
Whites and Chinese don't have to live there to own it.
Owning it hasn’t stopped the large growth of Africa’s population or large scale immigration from all over Africa into Europe.
So now all the great technological advancements and achievements of Europeans have been all for nothing? Is that it? Certainly a population of highly advanced people would not put themselves in danger of being erased by African descendants in Latin America or anywhere else. Immigrants can scale walls and cross oceans but will never gain much ground at all.
