If you head east out of Palmer, on the Glen Hwy, you have a few areas like Sutton, Chickaloon and such. they are in a Valley with mountains on each side and it is real pretty, I consider those areas at first, but got a good deal on a foreclosed home here in Houston, so I went with this one.
