It HAS improved a lot. On the other hand, the country's been taken to the cleaners financially and to hell otherwise the past almost 7 years. If it were an option, I'd rather take AZ from 7 years ago if only the country could go back to the state it was in 7 years ago.

I would suggest coming to visit during June or July and spend a lot of time out in the sun and on the freeways. Get a good taste of things before you move.

It HAS improved a lot. On the other hand, the country's been taken to the cleaners financially and to hell otherwise the past almost 7 years. If it were an option, I'd rather take AZ from 7 years ago if only the country could go back to the state it was in 7 years ago.
