Indonesia has fariasi with physical type of the people ranging from the type North / east / south east asian ( Asia ) and in eastern is black people .
women in this vidio has pale white skin /face (Chinese skin), but may also have skin types/face SEA ( light brown )

This is actually my expertise since I am Chinese-Indonesian. Meaning I am ethnically Chinese, but I was born in Indonesia.
If people asked me whether I am Chinese, I will say that I am Indonesian. But technically I am also Indonesian.
These Chinese-Indonesian are minority in the US. Most native Indonesians are similar to those of Philippines, Thailand, etc. They still have slanted eyes; but rather bigger. And they have darker skin.

That is correct.
They are movie stars and celebrities; of course they will look much better than the rest of the average Joe / Jane.

Chinese are generally not known for having good looking people, but I think in some regions moreso than others. Having been to China, for some reason I didn't find the people there that attractive in general.
