I would like to think that a quartet kept its name when it became a quintet or acquired an extra non-singing musician or something. I know it's fun to poke at them, but even a fundamentalist can count accurately to five.

Now the sign ... that's harder to explain away. So maybe I'm wrong about at least some fundies.
