I think the "Historic" title was more a reference to the area, not the building itself. The shopping center looks like a craphole, but it provided some cheap space to some cool tenants. Sad to see that replaced with urban planning death.

Yeah, this was a massively blown opportunity. Right on the Beltline, and right at the future access point to the Beltline from Edgewood Ave. That piece of land could have been turned into something amazing.

I'm not sure how their business is going to work out, though. The bridge right next to it is about to be torn down, making it difficult to access their building for a year or two.
