No you implied that everything north of Civic Center is nice and pretty. Are you talking about outside the station or the stations themselves?

This whole thread is speaking about the areas outside of the stations.

Peachtree Center is underground and you don't even see anything around there at all from Garnett north so I doubt the poster is speaking about downtown. But FWIW, I don't think the Peachtree Center station is the nicest on MARTA. I think it is rather blah. I can see how it is impressive to people due to the LOOOONNNNNGGGG escalator but to me it is confusing and gray and cold looking. Five Points looks better IMO than Peachtree Center.

Regarding a number of replies on this thread, I love the distinct mindset of some people in this area. "Eh, it's ugly and is what it is, so what?" THIS is why everything about this city is mediocre at best.

In my post Civic Center, Peachtree Center & Five Points are not included. I am talking the stations north of Civic Center and south of Garnett.

Don't say that on here. Most people think Five Points is ghetto and trashy.

I couldn't disagree more with this comment! Sorry, don't mean to sound jerky.

Very curious, what do you or anybody find redeeming about the Five Points station. I personally can't think of an uglier station in the entire network.

Its an architectural marvel. 2 lines cross each other, there's lots of space and high ceilings so it doesn't feel cramped.

You've never been to Candler Park or any station East of it (minus Decatur, which is a nice station)? At least Five Points has this:
