Hi!

My husband and I are looking for a very safe, nice, and relatively quiet apartment community with a trustworthy management in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs/Dunwoody/Roswell area.
We are a non-partying, young couple with a college education. We moved here a few month ago, and we don't like where we live now (unsafe and dishonest management). It seemed nice on the surface, but we have had many issues. We want to make sure we make a better choice next time and we need your advice!
Can you recommend us a safe, pleasant, and relatively quiet apartment community in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs/Dunwoody/Roswell area with a reliable management?
Thank you so much for your input!
(PS.: If you work at an apartment complex, please don't reply).

Really depends on where you actually want to live. The areas that you specify, I have lived in all of them over the last 15 years and can say that there are many options for what you want in each suburb.

Apartmentratings.com has some decent info and phone numbers for leasing offices so you can call and inquire.

But, there is a big difference in Buckhead and say Dunwoody. Both have many complexes you would like and complexes that are similar, so you have to get pickier with regards to where you want to live.

I happen to be driving back to work (downtown) from home (Buckhead) and saw some new apartments in an awesome location in my view. They are called the "Heights at Armour" I believe, they are sort of hidden off the access road along 85 S headed in town, but I think they have a great location. I thought they were condos, but to my surprise they are apts.

Check them out, lofts too, i think. Good Luck!

Thank you!
I wasn't more specific about the area within Buckhead/SandySprings/Dunwoody/Roswell because I'm willing to be a little more flexible in terms of the area, as long as I can find an excellent apartment community somewhere in North Fulton, where my husband and I can feel entirely safe and comfortable.
I'm looking forward to any insightful advice!
