Some other poster may have said the same thing as you earlier in this thread, but I do find some find some of the other cities you mentioned quite a bit more segregated.

There's a bit more separation and sticking to you own culture perhaps because they have a bit more clairty on where they descended from. I hawve no concept of like say in Chicago what looks like the best pizza joint ever because a particular area is Italian dominated. I have no concept of avoiding a place because it is a Brazilian-owned bar watching the word cup.

That type of separation is what I have found in some of these other cities. I go where I please without fear or we can chat it out.
