Hopefully the green roofs will help with the runoff issues that plaque the area. Some sort of underground detention or Historic Fourth Ward pond will need to be built in that area.

The streetplans showed a stormwater park just on the otherside of 75/85.

I like the inclusion of the streetcars in the renderings. Pretty great looking!

Even if it didn't, they could easily carve more into the parking lots. There's plenty of room to add room for streetcar / light rail right of way.

They are missing the Georgia Ave / Ralph David Abernathy line, though.
