I also think Cathy Woolard deserves a lot of credit for being an early sponsor of the Atlanta Beltline.
Candidates that have a lot of money like Aman and Mitchell won't start spending it until July. Aman has a commercial out on tv now. Woolard has no chance of winning.

I say the same about strip clubs and liquor stores

Mary Norwood is a constant figure in southwest Atlanta. She attends every meeting, every church event, every community social. She actually listens and fights for those people. This isn't something that she does in an election year. This is something that she has committed to consistently for 30 years. She is the very definition of a community activist. While you may disagree with her on some things (I also disagree with her about Peachtree) to say that she just cares about the needs of her Buckhead neighbors is short-sided at best. You're much smarter than that.

That is true. He has had a very strong fund raising start. That is a promising sign that he will be able to get the name recognition out there.

Why do you think that?

I hope Mary does win the election, definitely time for a change in the mayor department.

Reed has done a good job, but he is term limited. So you are getting a change for sure.

She has been on the city council for years, if you want change you need an outsider like Vincent Fort.
