Actually, this sounds like a great thing for the area. Corrupt "non-profits" sitting on empty land for years and years is exactly the type of owners that need to be pushed out so the area can be redeveloped.

Should be a nice little entertainment district with a few bars, a lounge, a few restaurants and a brewery. Nobody is going to go there during the day generally speaking so make it an evening/ night destination

Will it be more overpriced than say Daddy D'z just up the street? or do they get a pass because they are old school Atlanta?

Yeah Fred's is a joke but i think almost everywhere is overpriced now
