Two student dorms, one next to Cheetah and one across from Public on 9th and Spring. The parking lot next to the funeral home on 10th and Spring across from the gas station has a gate around it, across the street on the other side of Spring st just north of 10th street is another gate around an development that is just getting started which are both apartments. Across the street from that new hotel on W Peachtree just north of 14th st is an office space and apartments, then the development on 17th street and Peachtree is an apartment high-rise

I have to question some of this. The Midcities/HEB market for DFW seems high to me becuse its predominantly residential/bedroom communities. Possibly, this is development round DFW International airport? I also don't believe Midtown is higher than the ustin CBD. The CBD has three towers under construction of 32, 37, 50 and 66 floors in height, the latter to be the highest in the city.

Why are you so threatened by this? Why do you find the need to deny or desperately attempt to minimize any positive news in Atlanta? You are obsessed at this point...

It's a pre-pandemic article from two years ago.

And why do you seemingly make everything in Atlanta a competition with Dallas and Austin?

He considers Atlanta to be a threat to the Texas cities.

I didn't say anything directly about Atlanta. I spoke questioned DFW ws overreported and thought austin was under reported. If this was reported on another thread I would have posted the same. Looking at some of the other posters, they DIRECTLY commented they thought the development would not change the skyline much. YOU're obsessed with your metro's ability to compete with the new boys like Charlotte nd Nashville
