The construction is impressive but nothing too tall is being built that will drastically change the skyline IMO. But all the infill is great. I work in south Midtown and the change has been staggering.

With all that residential that has been built/ being built, it was only a matter of time before the office component boomed too. Glad to see the densification of Atlanta progressing.

It is the "downtown" / "CBD" in most of the other cities. I hope to see Downtown Atlanta near the top of this chart next cycle.

Maybe not the next cycle, or the next after, etc.-- but definitely in the future.

And--it is the "downtown" / "CBD" in most of the smaller cities.

Here's your Atlanta native chiming in on DFW. Just from what I am seeing on the ground, don't know how in the world the HEB Midcities area of DFW is on this list and the Legacy/Stonebriar area of Plano and Frisco is not. Construction cranes everywhere in this corner of Collin County. Went to Fort Worth just last week and didn't see anything going on in the Mid Cities. It's like putting the I20 corridor in DeKalb ahead of the Perimeter Center area. Just don't see it.
