not really interested in any highways right now but if this does happen dont expect to see it for some years.

No, I meant the population of North Augusta is 21,348 and if you add that to the population of South Augusta, West Augusta and East Augusta you will get the true population of Augusta.

Unless the Calhoun expressway is connected to the 13th street bridge it really serves no true purpose. The amount of traffic on that strip of broad street is not large enough to actually warrant the road.
