Phone stores are like pharmacies. I think the rule is one every 500 feet.

A coworker said that NXNW is opening there.

Ok - I know it's a total first world problem, but boooooooooooooo ATT. If it's true, though not even day ruining, it's just a downright bummer.

If NXNW is opening there, that might be great. I've never been there but don't a lot of people like it? I have no idea what kind of place it is.

Here is the plat from Stratus.

http://www.stratusproperties.com/pro...idevillage.pdf

They are showing an extra building that Impact doesn't show. So, hopefully their info is wrong.

A quick COA permit search shows permits for buildings:
A - Retail/Restaurant: Koko, CBTL
B - retail shell (?) No tenants yet?
C - Medical Offices. I guess the original Retail/Restaurant C was canceled, and now C is the ADC building.
D - no permits??
E - Retail, "C- 327 Stores & Customer Services", must be the AT&T store
F - Alamo

In looking at that plan, it looks to me as though the ADC building was added to and not replacing one of those buildings. It is set back from the street, behind that first row where the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is.

I really hope that we do have actual services going in there, not an AT&T store. That is just not a needed service.

I recently ditched my iPhone because I always had just 1 bar of reception (or none) with AT&T while at home in Circle C. Instead of another AT&T store that we don't need, how about juicing up their signal in Circle C instead? Oh well, at least everyone with iPhones will now have a more convenient location to picket when they tire of their miserable cell reception.
