I apparently missed the "Idiots Only" sign for the 183 access road. Some of the worst driving I've ever seen!!

I would bid 2.5-3x on these higher premium lots. The $10k lots are the ones going for 4-5x. Don’t think the higher price ones go at 4-5x.

So bid $90k on a lot? That is crazy.

The amount these lots are selling for via blind bid is outrageous. The houses being built on them should not demand such a premium lot price. However, until more development is in place this is the game being played.

Speaking of Taylor Morrison, anyone know the lot sizes for the La Cima neighborhood? It looks like they're in the super early stages of developing their lots, but I don't see anything about the lot sizes.

To your knowledge are the 50’ view lots in the Capri Collection selling for 4-5x? From what I’ve seen not all of these small lots have any views.
