I can't be sure, but from the only hint of scale in the photo, the height of the curb the car is parked next to, I would estimate that the door sill of the Camaro is no more than a foot off the ground, maybe eighteen inches at the outside. Is that really lower than the roof of your Mustang?

Actually, I thought you meant door sill. Window sill makes more sense.
Maybe you should go back through the thread and read all the comments by white people sprinkled with stereotypical black or "ghetto" lingo, including referring to "a part of a city they mostly see the type of car" as "the hood".
You don't like to hear this, but part of white privilege means you never have to think about this stuff.
