not all do I bought a 2008 Kia and the sales guy that I got mine from is STILL there. He has a loyal customer base and is HONEST... I bet he does well because he not only has new customers but a book of business from years past

Older retired set also don’t buy cars as often and are obviously approaching the end of their car buying days.

The younger workforce who is buying cars is more mobile than ever.

The days of landing a company job and staying there 20+ years and getting a pension are long gone.

A car salesman staying at one dealer for decades is the much bigger exception.

What does the age of a car have to do with anything? I have two vehicles in my HH and I turn both over once roughly ever 3-4 years. Roughly 30%+/- of cars sold in the US are leased. Decades or more is simply an absurd blanket statement for reoccurring customer rates
