My significant other's grandpa (a black gentleman) has fixed up a house in Sandtown. However, due to the crime in the area, he has to rent the house out through section 8.

Maintenance might be a headache, but that's guaranteed money right there.

Here is what I see. It isn't the middle class Blacks or the Black professional class bringing the crime rate up. It is the underclass segment of the Black population doing that stuff. The Black criminals being arrested and locked up, do any ofvthem look like professionals and middle class types? Do any of them even look like regular working folk?
