With 3 home runs today

2 home runs in the final game of the season last year

and a single home run in his final game of 2010

Evan Longoria is on pace for 4 home runs in the final game of the season in 2013

With 8K's in 8 innings Clayton Kershaw is on pace to strike out 9 batters in today's game.

If he does so he'll tied RA Dickey in total strikeouts.
If he does so without surrendering more than 6 runs, he'll lead the NL in ERA and K's for the 2nd consecutive season.

Miguel Cabrera pulled from the game with a .330 batting average

Mike Trout is currently hitting .326. He'd need 4 hits to take the lead.

Kershaw won't pitch the ninth.

He doesn't defend his pitching triple crown.

Still a shot at back-to-back Cy's though

Dickey will probably win, though.

Buster Posey, true to his prophetic PlayStation commercial, has grounded into two double plays in his first two gamesm a 162 pace.

Brett Wallace is on a pace for 486 Strikeouts (based on per game) with six whiffs in his first seven PAs or 428 (based on 500 PAs).

Brett Wallace is on a pace to finish the season with 344 Ks, at a rate of just over two per game.

Shin-soo Choo is on a 81-HBP pace. This does not count two fly balls that have plunked him in the outfield.

Toronto catcher J C Arcebius is on a pace to commit 81 passed balls and allow 162 stolen bases.
