If I'm the Knicks I do that in a heartbeat. Even though Griffin is a 1 trick pony that can only dunk, he's only 25 so still has a lot of room for improvement.

I don't see that happening, but it would be great for other teams in the West. Paul may say he wants Carmelo on his team now, but eventually there will be possession issues (similar to Miami), and I don't see Carmelo being the one to the one to back off. And Carmelo is no Lebron.

J.R. Smith Unties Shawn Marion's Shoe During Knicks-Mavericks Game | Bleacher Report

Wow, that should be a Flagrant 2 ejection. I hope he gets a 1 game suspension and not just some fine

Sheeesh... is this what they do in New York?

Kidd with the drink, untying the shoes... I guess this is what you do when you are losing. Or maybe, they lose because they think like they do.

Really great article today on one of my personal favorite players and in my opinion a very undervalued being a point guard next to LeBron, Wade and Bosh. Norris Cole. Talks about his dedication, the staff, and some of the drills and players that have helped his progress.

The Development of Norris Cole

Quote:
The solution was the extra dribble. Cole would sit down with the coaching staff and pore over film of the San Antonio Spurs’ Tony Parker, focusing on how Parker keeps a live dribble in the paint and either catches helping big men off guard or buys time to find an open shooter. Instead of getting into a high-jump contest in the paint, Cole now has an expanding arsenal of moves to use in the paint thanks to time spent running the Tony Parker Drill with Dan Craig.
