Yup, got caught banging some chick in the org...as a married man...
Not married, "engaged" with an out-of-wedlock child.
While it's always a good idea to keep one's indiscretions a mile from the flagpole, does running around on one's girlfriend with someone employed by the same company constitute a fireable offense? Seems like a lot of pearl-clutching over an affair.

I think there is more to it than an affair with a Celtics employee. My guess is the story will leak out at some point. One can probably read between the lines at what Barnes is hinting at. My guess is if the story gets out Udoka won't be coaching in the NBA again.
Matt Barnes walked back Friday the comments he previously made about the suspension of Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka.
It originally appeared that Barnes would be a prominent supporter of Udoka. This afternoon, however, Barnes posted a live video on his Instagram and retracted the comments he made last night and deleted his original take.

Because it wasn’t just a normal affair.
Reports say:
1. It was two women, 1 was a travel planner and another one was the WIFE of a VP in the Celtics. (The travel planner met and knew Nia Long, to add insult to injury).
2. He was warned to stop, and refused.
3. Unwanted contact did occur.
So if we just use some critical thinking skills, you’ll realize that something huge happened in order to warrant a year long suspension of a black coach who reached the finals his first year.

Do you have a link that states the above is what happened?

WOW
If this is true...dont even know what to say. the wife of a VP???
Well I would say if this is true then never mind coaching the Celtics, it honestly would not shock me if he got blackballed from the league. There is a reason Derek Fisher is not coaching in the NBA after his issues...and those were players/ex players not top execs.

Facts are out, it was allegedly the fiancé of a Boston Celtics staffer. As well as multiple women.
Quote:
A Boston Celtics staffer, who reportedly works in finance, allegedly hired a private investigator to follow his girlfriend. But the staff member had no idea his girlfriend was involved with Ime Udoka.
So, when he found the photos of his girlfriend and Ime Udoka, he immediately went to the team. The alleged staff member then threatened the team with the public reveal of the pictures.
The alleged rumors also suggest that Udoka was caught with the woman in her boyfriend’s condo.
Quote:
It is also alleged that Udoka was cheating with not one but multiple women. This has caused quite a stir because initial reports only hinted at a single woman.
So yes, I would say the “punishment fits the crime” here and that it wasn’t some “innocent affair.”
More information, it started off as harassment:
Quote:
An investigation by an independant law firm commissioned by the Boston Celtics found that head coach Ime Udoka used crude language toward a female subordinate before starting his inappropriate workplace relationship with her
Quote:
Based on Wojnarowski's reporting, we now have more information. Udoka's text contained language that was "especially concerning coming from a workplace superior" and will make it difficult for him to ever return as the team's coach. In addition to the words he used, the power imbalance between himself and the staff member contributed to the suspension.
I don't see him coaching the Celtics again considering it involves staff who are still on the Celtics. Perhaps somewhere else down the road. He got the team to believe in themselves and learn it takes to compete for a championship. So he did leave a positive mark.
The C's looked good in the preseason opener against Charlotte today. The deep end of the bench took the opportunity to make some statements. Hauser stood out and Kabengele had a few solid plays. I didn't realize he is Dikembe Mutombo's nephew.
