Wow. Very lucky someone knew how to use a aed machine. If bronny doesnt make it to the nba then screw it, the james family already has enough money for generations. Its not worth your life to make history and have a father and son nba moment.

Yeah, I was wondering how this would impact his sports career. While it is sad and scary, I don't think he'll suffer financially for the rest of his life.

If doctors find out some issue with bronnys heart, and he shouldn't play basketball at a high level, and lebron gets to 40,000 points this coming season, theres a chance he retires after this coming season. Bryce is still a few years out, lebron is already a billionaire and its probably not worth his time and health to keep playing.

I believe Shareef Oneal had a heart condition as well.

I am glad it was caught. He may still have a career but he may have a long road to recovery if it's treatable.

Since there is only two rounds that's a pretty big drop.

Hope he recovers fully. What is this with USC incoming freshmen suffering heart attacks? Last year it was Vince Iwuchukwu who had a heart attack in practice in July 2022. Now this.

Would you take a chance on an 18 year old who just suffered a heart attack? I waited until I was 58 to have my first one.

If bronny still wants to take a chance and play in the nba, even if he plays 1 year and is a bust, i would still take him at #1. Lebron will come to my team for 1 year, and as a team i would make hundreds of millions through advertisements, ticket sales, jersey sales, and i get to retire lebrons jersey. Its a garuntee that all ticket sales will be sold out since it will be lebrons final year, and i as a owner can jack up food prices 3x and people will still come and eat. Its a good mouse trap.

Like I said Vince Iwuchukwu suffered a heart attack a year ago and came back mid way in the season. But was not really a factor. He was rated the #11 best player coming out of high school and a likely lottery pick. Now he is not even mentioned at all in NBA mock drafts. Perhaps Bronny should quit the team, try to get his health back and go the G league route. Adding going to school onto his plate seems a bit much now.
