Hi! My roommates and I live in California currently, and will be relocating to Boston in September. We have a friend in the area who has been looking at prospective apartments for us, but he's turning out to be a total flake. I really need a Boston native who has a decently open schedule who can commit to something once they've made the arrangement with us.

I'd be willing to pay $30 for each unit. Right now there's just one in particular in Brookline, but I'm sure it wont be the last we'll need to see.

I know there are agents for hire who can do this for me, but jeez to they cost a fortune. :[ Anyone willing to help me out?

You'd probably do better asking for leads or recommendations, most people jobs would get in the way. What are you looking for, quiet, city, busy, near public transit? Do you actually want to live in Boston or just the Metro Area?
Brookline isn't Boston.

I don't need leads or recommendations actually, which is why I didn't ask. Thank you for the advice.

I also have quite a bit of free time during the week. I was a traveling medical professional for 10 years which means I have searched, wheeled and dealed a LOT of rentals. PM me if you are still looking.

You're living in California now... or in Medford?

//www.city-data.com/forum/bosto...ator-heat.html

Because here is your post from the other night saying you already live here.

My apologies if this comes across as suspicious, but you're soliciting real people to contact you, and offering a cash incentive, and your posting history contradicts itself.

Please ignore the above post. I didn't realize a subsequent reply had pushed it into today's date. If I could find a way to delete it, I would, and my apologies.

Actually, the OP posted this almost 2 months ago. I know I didn't realize that and the previous person and myself answered it which bumped it up.
