I have seen these types of incidents and encountered such individuals during my BPS substitute teaching days. If your school rules are as soft as marshmallows, they'll take full advantage and give you hell. The same goes for societal rules. These individuals do such things because they don't give a darn about society and know they can get away with it.

They know there is no hammer waiting to drop, so no sweat off their backs. And way too many people having kids that they cannot or will not properly raise. This applies to all socioeconomic classes and demographics.

It's heavily Berklee and Boston Conservatory, but also a lot of market rate apartments and condos. But there's also some subsidized housing around there particularly on Burbank and Westland Ave right in proximity to the shooting scene. There is also a co-op building right on the corner of Hemenway.
