Nobody said this, so what's your point? The primary issue with Mass/Cass is that the encampment and open air drug market have created an atmosphere of violence, crime, overdoses, and a public health problem with the human waste, medical waste, and trash being strewn around. Even if some of the people in the encampments are in the U.S. illegally, that's not the primary problem and the encampment and drug market would exist with or without them.
