There have been some good suggestions, but I will add the Cheers bar.

Fenway, the Zakim Bridge (it’s newish, but it’s all over logos and city branding, marketing photos, aerial shots during sporting events, etc.), or the Hancock.

Honorable mention to the Pru which is pretty unique (lots of glass towers resemble the Hancock, the Pru doesn’t look like many other buildings), State House, Old North Church, and the Old State House.

We have a ton of great architecture and identifiable building styles, but no single super recognizable landmark on the level of the Golden Gate Bridge, Space Needle, Statue of Liberty, Gatrway Arch, Hollywood Sign, etc.

I'd say it's the Prudential Center and Hancock tower skyline is the most visually iconic.

Fenway Park probably the most iconic location.

Washington monument in Public Garden is definitely iconic though it's only a matter of time until that abomination depicting a slave owner abusing an innocent animal is replaced with something more appropriate such as a 100' George Floyd statue. Zombie tent city spanning the entire length of Mass Ave will be a close second once our transformation into East San Francisco is complete, followed by the last known condo to sell for under $1,000,000.
