Isn't that soggy. It rains just a wee bit more than the Bay Area plus right now it's 80 while everywhere on the coast is 90-100

So it rains a lot in the summer? We got a ton of rain over the winter but none in the summer.

If there's enough water in the ground it can keep trees healthy and resistant to fires vs dead/dying dry trees in the sierras.

It is not just trees that burn, plus there is a nasty fire in Trinity county now.

That's inland. Doesn't get as much rain.
