Everyone is going to get it sooner or later. China is just now realizing that. Or not.

Insane thinking on display here, including something I saw and didn't report and now is gone. Getting infected once in years is, for most people, very different, in practical terms and health consequences from getting it multiple times per year. And the others are either high-risk or have close ties to people who are.

I wonder how many posters causing trouble in here will be crying about their health later or if it will suddenly sneak up on them.

Most of the posters will get it and recover completely while Covid-phobes will spent the rest of their lives in lockdown. Meanwhile, while you fret over mask and vaccine mandates and wish for police to enforce those rules to protect from Covid, criminals will continue to be treated leniently with free reign to destroy and assault openly without consequences. Cops will have a much easier time escorting unvaccinated visitors out of museums than dealing with street crime. A win-win for the leftists.

I've been playing "fast and loose" for the past two years, and I haven't gotten it once, let alone several times.

And Angry is right, all of us WILL get this eventually. Well, except for me, since I'm trying a bit too hard.

Maybe one of these days, I'll get lucky.

Ha! Same here. I haven't limited myself at all really. Been living my life. I'm not one for concerts anyway, so maybe naturally I avoid huge crowds. But I've been going to the gym several times a week and have gone to a few concerts. My wife the same. She's gone to more concerts than me and she hasn't gotten it either. She went to a concert last weekend and a friend of hers that was there with her did get it though. Weird.

In Los Angeles and probably some other regions, many people who have been living recklessly since the winter or earlier and claim to have never been infected are lying to themselves and antibodies tests at some point would show that or would have if gotten earlier. People are spreading the misery around without knowing or caring. Maybe insurance companies will realize it's in their best interests to uncover those people by mandating the test in physicals.

Only in L.A would having normal maskless social gatherings would be considered "reckless' while violent street crime is considered a normal way of getting social justice.

Ignorance is bliss... as you clearly demonstrate.
