You pollute these threads with assertions all day every day as if you are the unique arbiter of the Constitution ... as if you are revealing some things others have never realized for 224 years. Lmfao.

Sure judge can order someone to quarantine themselves because they have deadly disease. However government can't just issue blanket stay at home order for everyone.

Yes, it can. And has. You are blowing smoke. Anonymous constitutional expert who tries to convince others he knows more than hundreds of years of scholars and lawyers ... even though he can’t even write passably in the language the Constitution is written in.

As I’ve said before: lmfao.

You think doctors have been wearing masks for decades as a fashion statement?

In manhunts, police (much lower-ranked than a mayor or governor) can order people to stay inside. Curfews can be used too and were in the spring.

While police can tell public to stay at home, they can't enforce it. Also here in LA ACLU filed lawsuit against curfew https://www.aclusocal.org/en/press-r...lawful-curfews

Looker, would you wear a face shield at least? I can't see how anybody's breathing would be inhibited by a face shield, so would you at least do that when you're in public?

No, i have KN95 mask, however at this point i am not going to wear it as i do not see much risk. If at some point the risk is too high for myself and my family, we will put it on.

But an N95 mask is pricipally for the protection of others. I don't understand your thought process on the matter.

KN95 is approved for use in the hospital. I do not care about protecting others. I feel each person for themselves.

I don't think you grasp the rudiments of how a virus spreads. The masks are principally for the protection of others. How do you not get that, after arguing about masks in this forum and the L.A. forum for the past three months?
