The least RV friendly state we found is Wi. Most parks fill up every weekend. Lots of northern parks, have no full hookup sites, no sewer, just a honey wagon.
Only other place we found that was a pain was KC. Never found one easy to freeway, clean neat with services. Avoid overnighting around KC.
If your RV isn’t too big to take to the curvy wind-ey roads, look for places that used to get a lot of tourism but no longer do. I spent a lot of time in AR last fall and never had a problem camping but it was sad to see all the boarded up places that no longer get much tourism because the big rigs can’t get there. Another place that looked great if you’re trying to get away from it all is the Little Dixie Hwy between St. Louis and Hannibal. I have a friend with a big rig who absolutely adores KS and NE.

Arizona is very rv friendly. Don't let the heat scare you. It's so pleasant most of the year. I wasn't sure I would like it here, especially coming from Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, but the beauty here takes my breath away.
We met a couple that spends winter in Vegas and summer in Denver. They have been able to find reasonable RV parks. I see nothing wrong with living in one. I totally understand your financial situation which doesn’t leave a lot of options.
I usually don't like to call someone out about a statement but your above statement about living fulltime in a RV is off base. I suggest you retract the "most don't agree" until you have facts and figures to back up this statement.
Have a nice day MrRanional not.
