You will have to go through regular immigration channels as Canada may not recognize the legal union of same sex couples,so in this case marrying a Canadian gives you no advantage.
Maybe if you both submitted the paper work to both your respective countries you would increase your odds that one of them might pan out.

Why wouldn't Canada recognize same sex marriage when it's been legal here since 2005?

Anyways OP, This may have the answers you're looking for. Sponsoring your family: Spouses and dependent children

One of the common things immigration people look for is determining whether you have a real relationship, or are marrying to get citizenship.

To increase your chances of success, I recommend that you both start documenting your lives that will demonstrate a history of your relationship together. Photos of you two together, especially with parents and other family members indicate a serious relationship. Envelopes and bills with your names and addresses (if you are living together now) will show some continuity over time. If you can show any joint purchases or joint-ownership of property or stuff, that would also be good. These are some ideas to start with.

My daughter and her Australian husband had a smooth immigration transition with these items in their personal portfolios. Good luck with your move and marriage.
