Yep. I have 6 cats, and 4 of them will sleep in the bed with us at any given time. One senior who bugs my wife to get attention (no problem with me - he'll camp out on my chest while I read or zonk out next to my head), then 5 adults - we brought in a momma and 6 kittens that got tossed out by someone, adopted out 2 of the kittens, kept the rest...got sucker written all over my forehead. Three weeniecats sleep with us in some fashion - one sleeps with my wife, one sleeps with me and one falls out whereever she happens to flop. The 4th weeniecat will occasionally curl up in between us, but thats far and few between - she's much happier on my lap in the office.

No... my cat has a tendency to get curious around 3 or 4am and start knocking everything off my shelves. I also have a hard time sleeping with my door open and the last time I let him spend the night with me, he peed RIGHT on top of me through 4 blankets! Didn't even try to wake me up first, the stinker. :P

We do nap together on weekends or when I'm sick.

slight amendment to my earlier post: 4 of the cats are allowed on the bed any time they want, and often some of them will sleep with us. Either of us may wake up during the night to find Canute has crawled up and snuggled under an arm.

However... Henry is no longer allowed on the bed as he has abused the privilege. While it has taken some doing, and I have no idea if he abides by it when we're not around, I have noticed that when we are, he doesn't particularly push it after the initial couple of days when we would remove him. I'm sad about it, but not enough to let him pee on me again.

I used to have 3 cats, they were great. BUT.........h**l no, I threw their a**es out of my room and shut the door. Sure, they would sit outside for a while and scream/scratch to be let in..........nope, too much of a pain, could not sleep.

Jasper now sleeps cuddled right next to me. He used to sleep down by my feet. He walks over my BF, Jasper is not sure he likes this guy in his bed.
