I can guess why Jon is doing this.
Right now he's not doing good in the public ratings, he has to do what he can to make Kate look bad.
What a wimp.
I don't get it.
Kate was the one to violate whatever deal they had by showing up at the house when it wasn't her "turn"
Kate was the one that seemingly went there to start a fight over Jon's choice of babysitter
Kate was the one who called the cops
Kate was the one asked to leave by the cops due to the aforementioned custody agreement
HOW is this ANY of Jon's fault? how exactly is he making Kate look bad when it looks like she did all that by herself? the guy is an a** (really, both parents are), but in this case, it's was 100% Kate's fault
she is such a control freak that she pulls this crap.
Hello there Katie poo---Jon is the dad and therefore has rights too. So when he's on his property( yea,it's his house too) and it's HIS time with HIS kids--you go bug off...
first post--topic--kate is a *****---guess i was right---postings are on how bad kate is
Let's just take their names out of this and pretend they're our neighbors.
Two neighbors, married for 10 years with a bunch of kids are getting a divorce. They agree to share custody and so far there hasn't been a problem. It's the second weekend of the month and the dad has the kids this weekend. The mom shows up and demands to see the children. She refuses to leave and the police are called who ultimately declare that the provisions of the divorce agreement must stand and the mom has to go.
Divorce is an ugly thing. Sometimes things don't go the way you planned, but when you are sharing custody of the kids, if your ex-spouse decides to give them ice cream for breakfast and take them to a rock concert when it's his/her weekend, you don't get to interfere unless the kids are in immediate danger. I volunteer in my daughter's class every week and I cannot tell you how many kids from divorced parents show up on Mondays without their homework done..."dad said I didn't have to do it" or without clean clothes..."mom's washing machine broke."
It's the kids who are ultimately the losers in this situation if the parents can't act like adults. When you file for divorce, you are no longer working as a "family unit". Sure, you can say that your priorities are your kids, but as soon as you break up your marital unit, you don't have control over what your ex-husband/wife does when they get the kids.
Kate just doesn't like to not have control. Jon is acting immaturely but ultimately, it was HIS turn with the kids, so she just has to find amusement somewhere else. Perhaps she can call one of her "ex friends" who she dumped when she became a celebrity and see if they want to go to the spa. If not, surely she can "hire" someone to get a pedicure with her.
