Unique. It’s meant to resemble off-set shipping containers. I’m down with it. The upper peninsula is the place for innovative stuff.

The more I look at the picture, the less I like it but that's just an opinion. I read the part where it's supposed to resemble offset shipping containers and I suppose it does. That doesn't make it any more appealing to me though.

I agree. By the time it’s built, it will blend with other buildings going up in the area. It will accommodate high tide for sure. And the exterior materials are a theme in NoMo.

The project did go through the BAR process last year and I was surprised it was approved. It will not be the HQ for the longshoremen. They are moving to N Chas.
