Unique. It’s meant to resemble off-set shipping containers. I’m down with it. The upper peninsula is the place for innovative stuff.

I agree. By the time it’s built, it will blend with other buildings going up in the area. It will accommodate high tide for sure. And the exterior materials are a theme in NoMo.
Was wondering why this took so long to start construction. Never saw it in the BAR reviews. Really didn't like it at first, but think it will fit in well up there in that area. Is this going to be the new headquarters for the longshoremen? Good area for it.

The project did go through the BAR process last year and I was surprised it was approved. It will not be the HQ for the longshoremen. They are moving to N Chas.
