Can someone explain how to get photos in a post on this forum? Specifically -

1) Can one use Google Photos or does only Flikr work? Don't want to use a sharing service that is a monthly/annual fee.

2) Once photos have been uploaded to the photo sharing site, what are the steps to get them in a post?

3) Is there a certain size the photos need to be?

Thanks!
