Here is the problem with this, these things are always touted as a way to cut down on traffic or generate revenue. In the end all it really achieves is making some company who got the contract rich and any revenue we do get is either taken as a processing fee by some outsourced admin function or is taken by a politician for a pet project.

Just think of our lotto and how much it benefited education... oh wait it really hasn't

If it meant avoiding congestion when I need to be somewhere on time, yes, I would use it.

If we're going to start turning our interstates into toll roads, and don't act like this is only going to be an "optional" lane or thing forever because we know it's not, I fully expect to receive a healthy decrease in my State taxes, specifically the roads tax. You can't be putting up toll roads AND having a State tax that goes to roads. One or the other please. Pick one.
