Trane has gone wayyyyyy down hill. If anyone needs installation, check out Goodman equipment. Been around since the 80's and comes with a 10 year parts warranty and if you deal with an actual dealer, they can get you a 10 year labor warranty through Goodman as well.
The company I work for used to install Trane and Ruud as the lower brand, but got way too many call backs on both, so we switched to Goodman for cost effecient and Carrier for the higher brand.
