It did close, but it reopened under a different concept... sushi/burger fusion. Been there a few times and it's actually really good. Restaurant is called "The Cowfish".

Yes, new place has opened. It's also not Dilworth/South End, as the location is South Park, by the Crate & Barrel store (next to Zink, which used to be M5 restaurant)

The Alley Cat, mentioned a couple of weeks ago as a possible "out-of-business", has a new sign out in front now. Not sure if the place changed hands or they're just rebranding, but the new name is "Re:Public" and they're opening later this month.

That location has gone through 3-4 different places in a couple of years. Next up is Boardwalk Billy's, I believe. They have another location in U City or Huntersville, if I remember right.
