I am fixing a tenderloin for dinner. Got it on sale. Froze it. So I already have it in the Nesco, very low heat for now . . . gonna have it nice and tender. Not sure what else I will fix to go with it, tho . . . maybe a rice pilaf????

I would suggest creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. Perhaps some gravy. I am starving now and would love some hot lunch but all I have in my bag is a banana. Chicken chassaur for us tonight with boiled but not mashed taters.
