I sure hope you feel better fast, Barking. If it means anything (and it may not) . . . I had the same situation - the pain was horrific - and we were out of town! I was on antibiotics for over 7 days - not sure how long - and then had a root canal after the infection completely cleared. That was in 1994 . . . so that was 15 years ago - and I later had the tooth (a molar) crowned. Never had any more problems with it. So hopefully you will not need to have the tooth pulled.

oh good Ani you are online. You always seem to have power issues when the weather is bad.

Hey, Sunny!!! Yes, I am online and have power! WOO HOO!!! It didn't snow that much here off Carmel. We only got maybe four inches tops - it looks more like 3 in. to me but it is wet and packed, so who knows. No trees looking burdened . . . all is well.

It is very pretty out. I would love to catch some bird photos - in the snow.

Hope everyone is warm . . . I am worried about the people who were stuck on I-85 out of Spartanburg. I heard on the news they had been stuck there over 10 hours. I never did figure out exactly WHERE outside of Spartanburg. Anyone know?

Worried about PeytonC . . . who was driving a truck down that way.

Well Ani the majority of the pain is coming from beneath a cown. Maybe I'm allergic to 10k gold & need to upgrade.

Yeah, shoot for platinum next time, LOL!!!

Well, I surely hope you will be pain-free and can get this worked out w/o a big hassle. Teeth are expensive to deal with, not to mention the excruciating pain.

mornin' all...have to be at work at 11.00am...(FUN!)

Looked out my kitchen window this morning and right in the middle of a puddle of water, surrounded by snow, was this nice, fat robin!! I am sure that she was fat due to puffed feathers due to the cold, but, what a pretty sight! Wish I could have gotten a photo!

They are very $$$$. That's why I still patronize my childhood dentist. He gives me great prices & doesn't turn me over to a collection agency when I can't pay for a couple months. The worst part of this experience, apart from the pain in my mouth, was waiting for 2 hours at the Ballantyne urgent care center.

Sunny, can we put a sticky up that shows the map of our unemployment numbers? People just seem to want to come here without jobs......

Dear me. Just got word that my sister, in Mooresville, is without power! All underground utilities so I guess somewhere on the grid, a transformer blew or a powerline is down.
