I'd be careful with choosing that plant. Once it sets in it grows prolifically and is all but impossible to eradicate.

Maybe look at Lee Land spruce or another choice. Although you may pay more initially you will spare yourself a huge head ache later.

Just my $.02.

A back hoe is a big piece of machinery that makes digging big trenches possible! Basically a really big tractor, with a "bucket" with teeth on a long, articulated arm, that does an awesome job of digging.
If maybe you could get a name or phone number please. How far would it be from Dilworth -about 12 miles?

Actually, I just Googled it and they don't have a website, but here's one that has the info you want - The scoop on 'Goose Creek Nursery'

Be very careful when selecting bamboo as a screen, many variants colonize aggressively and may well grow where you (or your neighbor) don't want them. They are very difficult to eradicate when they get to that stage also. I would recommend NEVER planting them near a property line, lest you give your neighbor the headache of continued bamboo policing.
Is it Grower's Outlet that you are thinking of? South Blvd turns into Polk.

Thanks everyone for the names of the nurserys and web info.
I am trying to deter DH from attempting to cut down 20ft tall bamboo in a field infested with heaven knows what on his own, but once he gets the bit between his teeth it's a difficult task!
Ones in Pineville or off 485 are closer than going to Kings Mountain.
