I know you can't filter everything, but you think they could find some way to match who's bought and who hasn't before sending out an email like that. They are just setting themselves up for a slew of phone calls which I'm sure they've already received

Thanks BigC. I do have an agent but she hasn't done much up until now.
But I can say she was helpful with our loan info we didn't understand as far as fees and etc.
Things are defiantly done different in NC from Cali, alot of "junk fees" we noticed and weren't comfortable with.

Ok, friend at work has a brother in law that works for Beazer Homes. He called him.
He said KB is closing shop in NC. Looking to get out of NC in general.
Need someone to confirm but that VERY well could be the cause of the price drops in Berewick being KB owns a ton of stock in there..
